Do you have these symptoms?
We all know what stress feels like.
It’s the number one aging factor and the symptoms can affect your body, your mood and your behavior as well as cause significant health problems.
What’s the opposite of stress?
Inner peace.
A sheet of paper with the symptoms of inner peace was tacked up in my doctor’s office so I asked for a copy. Author is unknown.
Do you have these symptoms?
• An unmistakable ability to enjoy each moment
• Loss of interest in judging others
• Loss of interest in interpreting actions of others
• Loss of interest in conflict
• Loss of ability to worry
• Frequent, overwhelming episodes of appreciation
• Contented feelings of connectedness with others and nature
• Frequent attacks of smiling through the eyes from the heart
• Tendency to let things happen rather than make them happen
• Tendency to think and act spontaneously rather than from fear based on past experiences
• Susceptibility to love extended by others as well as the uncontrollable urge to extend love.
Inner peace can be contagious. If you’ve got it and have other symptoms besides these, please share them with our community by commenting below.

Hi Ellen,
I love those tips for inner peace. And I read your piece about staying in the now…..I was nervous just reading about your driving up the side of the mountain on a dirt road with a drop-off to no where, I can’t imagine actually doing it-I applaud your courage! Guess you made it down, right? Ha ha
Thanks for spreading your youthfulness.
Warm regards,
Joyce
Thanks, Joyce. Yep, I got down. It wasn’t scary at all – I kept my eyes closed while driving down. 🙂
Love,
ellen
Welcome back Dearest, I am absolutley sure that your third eye was open on the way down.
Yes, in regards of inner peace, most of us find it difficult to stop judging others especially on their negative actions and the reason is because of our conditioning of past associations such as our Parents our Friends and so on. Personally I find Meditation helps me to wash out Negative inputs and throw them out of excistance and by doing that it helps me to keep in balance and apreciate the Universal exsistance and absolutley ignore Negativity and keep the Positive on top of the Negative. After all we must always remember that we are a crossbreed of theese Energies.
Blessings Joy & Light To All.
Mike.
Wonderful to hear from you, Mike. I totally agree – and meditation keeps me sane no matter what’s happening.
Big Blessings,
Ellen
